This is a handwritten copy of [Кушенов-Дмитревский, 1808] (probably of later origin. It was originally held in the collection of Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, but later it was transferred to the manuscript department of the Russian State Library. The manuscript is alternatively available on the Lavra website. The scriber spell's author's name as Фёдор Кукинов-Дмитревский, author's name is believed to be typed correctly on the printed version of the treatise.

Though the titles are in Swedish, the manuscript is believed to be of the Finnish origin, as it contains Kejsar Alexanders Polonesse probably referring to Alexander I of Russia. Swedish was the only official language in Finland until 1863. The manuscript could be dated not before 1816 as it includes Quadrille forfattad ... Stockholm an 1816 and not after 1825, as Alexander I died in 1825.
