The manuscript is stored in the Sibelius Academy Library, Helsinki. Though the titles are in Swedish, the manuscript is believed to be of the Finnish origin, as it contains Kejsar Alexanders Polonesse probably referring to Alexander I of Russia. Swedish was the only official language in Finland until 1863. The manuscript could be dated not before 1816 as it includes Quadrille forfattad ... Stockholm an 1816 and not after 1825, as Alexander I died in 1825.
