Even though the title page says the book is written by Alfred Guillaume Gabriel D'Orsay, this doesn't seems to be possible, since Orsay never visited England and isn't known an a writer. Waltz part is partially copied from [Reform, 1843]. Identical by content to [Etiquette, 1843]. Erroneously dated 1866 on the library website (latin number was misread during cataloguing)
