Even though the title page says the book is written by Alfred Guillaume Gabriel D'Orsay, this doesn't seems to be possible, since Orsay never visited England and isn't known an a writer. Waltz part is partially copied from [Reform, 1843]. Identical by content to the later reprint [Etiquette, 1846]
