It looks like this Approbacion is the only survived part of the 18th century book (it is not clear if it was published independently, or as a part of the book). The book is only known as a handwritten copy made by Francisco Asenjo Barbieri in the 19th century. The copy contains Aprobacion part which has the same text as the printed edition. _Approbacion spells the author surname as Rattier, while Francisco Asenjo Barbieri copy of the Observacion sobre el arte de la danza ([Ratier, 1880–1890?]) spells it as Ratier.
