Note:
It looks like all the editions possess the same musical notation even though the edition number was changed by the publisher. In 6th edition copy, both №1 and №2 polkas can be found in the book, though title says that only polka №1 is present. Connecticut College copy of higher quality can be downloaded from archive.org. archive.org copy from the University of Southampton is a part of huge musical convolute.
