Page 9 is numbered 10, but IMSLP copy has a handwritten fix for it; page 104 is numbered 194, numeration jumps from page 196 straight to 198, IMSLP copy has page 202, 203 numbered 198 and 199, but proper numbers are handwritten above the printed one. In “The Second Part of the Dancing Master” (present in LOC copy only): page 21 is numbered 12, pages 35–58 are numbered 25–48 correspondingly. These are misprints
